Return & Exchange Policy

If you want to return or exchange any items you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. However, we are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guide you will purchase a piece that is the correct fit. Items must be in their original state. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely packed. Please note if the above conditions are not met we won’t be able to process your return or refund you.

It usually takes around 14 working days to process the return/exchange. 

We hope that you will never receive an item with defects. However if you notice a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at ramu.rutabart@gmail.com so that we can personally assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
